If you are buying a home with a pool it is important to have it inspected by a certified pool inspection company, not just a home inspector. During our inspection we will test water chemistry, deck integrity, coping and tile, plaster and functionality of all equipment. Any issues found will come with recommendations for repairs and a quote to take to the seller of the home.

We work with several builders in the area to handle the start up process (after the pool is filled with water) for new pools. Proper start up is critical in the life and longevity of your plaster and equipment for your new pool.
